About Me

 

Hilary Abell Bednarz

Trained by Duke Health & Well-Being in behavior change theories, motivational strategies, and health education, I  partner with you to identify your goals. Once you have identified your goals, I support you in creating and sustaining change to maximize your health and well-being.

 

I live in the Washington, DC area with my husband, three children, and our rescue dog, Camden (who is named after our favorite team - Go, O's!). I love to cook, eat, read, exercise, travel, and spend time with family and friends.

Services

Health coaching helps you set specific, measurable, action-oriented goals.  Working together, we create a whole person step-by-step plan to support you along the way. 

 

Sessions can be held in-person, via Zoom, on the telephone, or any combination of those. Text and email support are provided as well.
