It's going to be a bright sun shiny day!

Yep! That’s how I feel when the sun comes out! And, yes, that’s me in the picture!

Experts recommend getting at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week. The sun is out so get on out there if you can!
