Are you getting enough Vitamin D? The recommended dietary allowance for adults 19 years and older is 600 IU (500 mcg) daily and for adults older than 70 it is 800 IU (20 mcg) daily. Although it's found in oily fish (salmon, mackerel, and sardines) as well as egg yolks, red meat, and liver, for post people, the best way to get enough Vitamin D is by taking a supplement as it's hard to eat enough through food! #VitaminD @rupa_health
